PRO-TECHS IN THE COMMUNITY
PRO-TECHS IN THE COMMUNITY
Here at PRO-TECHS, we believe in the communities where we live and work and know first hand how important it is to give back. It is part of who we are as a company to volunteer our time, contribute monetarily and lend our skills to improve the lives and circumstances of others.
Since 1994, Pro-Techs Dealer Services has annually donated to non-profit organizations in a variety of local, regional, national and international causes. We support nationally known, as well as small organizations that are qualified 501(c)3 groups providing meaningful and important work that makes a difference in the lives of others. We encourage you to review the sampling of community involvement members Pro-Techs Dealer Services provide. If you would like to learn more about any of these organizations or their missions, we have provided active web links for your reference.

Lussier Community Education Center
The Lussier Community Education Center has always been a place for people from different walks of life to come together, share gifts, and build community. The Mayor of Madison, for the first time in city history, pledged city capital funds to a private community facility. In October 2007 the Lussier Community Education Center opened its doors at 55 South Gammon Road, on school-owned land adjacent to Jefferson Middle School and Memorial High School.
Agrace Hospice
For more than 35 years, Agrace has been a nonprofit, community based health care agency dedicated to providing expert physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and families through the stages of serious illness. Agrace HospiceCare is nationally recognized for the comprehensive hospice services we provide in patients’ homes, the Agrace HospiceCare inpatient unit and skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout south central Wisconsin. Now Agrace offers palliative care services to provide patients more options for feeling better, even while receiving treatment.
Second Harvest
Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin is a hunger-relief charity organization whose goal is to make sure everyone in southwestern Wisconsin has enough of the right kinds of food to live a happy and healthy life. We do that three ways:
- Food distribution – we distribute millions of pounds of food each year through our network of partner agencies and programs.
- Promotion of government programs – we help people in our community understand and apply for government programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which is called FoodShare in Wisconsin and used to be called the food stamp program. Through our FoodShare Outreach we help thousands of people receive FoodShare benefits each year; providing millions of meals!
- Promote hunger awareness – we believe that building awareness of the thousands of people in southwestern Wisconsin who don’t always know where their next meal will come from is the first step to ending hunger.
